: A new audio unit is supplied with a transit plate installed. The transit plate must be removed, before installing the audio unit.

Remove the instrument panel console.

Release the climate control assembly.   Remove the 4 Torx screws.

Remove the audio unit.   Remove the 4 Torx screws.   Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.   Disconnect the antenna cable.

: A new audio unit is supplied with a transit plate installed. The transit plate must be removed, before installing the audio unit. :   This unit does not require configuring using diagnostic equipment. Install the audio unit.   Attach the antenna cable.   Connect the electrical connectors.   Tighten the Torx screws.

Install the climate control assembly.   Tighten the Torx screws.

Install the instrument panel console.
